Description 7.5 x 4.5 diameter cylindrical iron grinder with a hand crank, mounted on a 7.5 x 38 wood plant; top half of grinder opens to reveal mounted blades and a cylinder with two spiraling rows of metal pegs. From the former Isaac H. Scouten property at Rock City Falls. Mr. Scouten died on October 14, 1900, aged 80. He willed the property to his daughter, Electa Streever, who in turn willed the property ot Louise Streeer, now also deceased.
