Object name machine, screw cutting

Description Two metal plates, hinged on one end and attached to a turned wooden handle. Three half-round threaded holes on the edge of each plate meet to form three round holes when plates meet. A clamp and thumbscrew hold the plates together. Listed in accession records as a bolt threader.
