This photo, taken after the February 1925 storm, shows two men among snowdrifts. One man has a balloon with the caption: “Nothing Like This in Miami” drawn by his head.  On the garage behind the men is the caption: “Closed Till Apr 1.”  A third caption in the foreground probably says, “Keep Off the Grass.”
